Frank A. Doyle, JD

Biography

Frank has spent a majority of his professional career representing healthcare clients, but his practice has also included representation in commercial litigation, probate and probate litigation matters. His work has included the representation of physicians, dentists, chiropractors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.  Whether it is the challenge of working with those unfamiliar with the litigation process or working to represent a pharmaceutical company in mass tort litigation, Frank is committed to providing quality representation through diligent preparation and the pursuit of creative solutions to complex litigation.   Frank has successfully represented clients before professional licensing boards, in mediation, trial and through the appellate process. Frank has prided himself on providing the type of representation that is sought by his client.  In the ever changing litigation arena there are those clients who have shown to be risk averse and seek to explore creative solutions that do not include resolution of their dispute through trial.

Other clients have expressed a desire to have their day in court.  The successful resolution of a matter often requires the flexibility to consider a range of strategies that allow the client to pursue “justice” as they see it.  Frank is devoted to advocacy in keeping with the objectives of his client.

After law school, Frank began his legal career handling probate matters but his practice expanded to handling other litigation matters.  Frank continues to maintain an interest in contested/uncontested probate matters in addition to his focus on healthcare litigation.  The scope of Frank’s practice has included products liability litigation, personal injury and commercial disputes.
